A Day in the Life of Two Mini Dolls

My eyes fluttered open to light streaming down the window.

I looked over at Jocelyn. She was awake, too!

I jumped out of bed, shouting, “OFF YOUR BED AND ON YOUR FEET, TIME TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT!”

Jocelyn giggled and sat up. “But we have to get dressed, first!” “Oh, yeah. that too.” We both bursted into laughter.

Then Jocelyn picked an outfit for herself out of our closet. I dressed myself, too.

Then, we did each other’s hair!

Isn’t Jocelyn’s hairstyle CUTE? I did to rope braids on her. She gave me a clip in my hair. :D

“I’m hungry!” Jocelyn called. “I’m going to down to see what’s for breakfast.” I followed her.

YUM! We gladly ate the pancakes and bacon that Molly had served us.

Then, we spent the rest of the day at our playhouse. (it used to be a stable Madison got for her doll horse for her birthday, but it turned out too small.)

We read books,

played dolls,

and built castles…all day long!

Finally, Jasmine came to notify us that it was time for dinner.

“I can’t believe we spent the whole day out there!” I exclaimed as we came in the door to our house. “I know, right? We didn’t even stop to eat lunch! Speaking of which, I’m starved. What’s for dinner?”

Yum! Jasmine gave us delicious baked potatoes and pizza!

…and cookies afterwards!

“You know what?” I said to Jocelyn as I pulled my nightgown from the closet. “What?” Jocelyn asked.

As I snuggled under the covers, I finally answered, “Today was a great day. Especially since I spent it with you!”

“You’re right,” Jocelyn smiled. “Good night, Molly-Anne.”

As she switched off the lights, I snuggled deeper under the covers. It was a great day!
