Visting Relatives – Part One!

Madison here – and, yes that’s right we are BACK and ready to share our adventure with ya’ll! We had a fun time and loved seeing my cousins!

On the road with sunshine pouring in the windows!

Pretty neat, right? Boy, Emilie looks like an angel!

We’re now on the highway…zoom!

My brother, Russell, brought a neat little LEGO sticker book. Look at the one on my nose! XD

 Ooh, this LEGO lady is cute.

I also gave Emilie a sticker. It looks just like her! It’s a princess. Emilie wanted to sit down on the ground so I let her. :)

ZOOM….

We’re now at Granddad’s house! We switched cars. We all rode with Granddad in his car and left our car at his house.

Then we stopped at McDonalds after a while when it was lunchtime.

Neat stickers. I let Emilie wear some, but I didn’t let her where anything with the skulls/crossbones/freakish stuff on it.

Oh! What a cutie!

(we took this with the iPad mini) wow, look at Emilie. (did you know this took over 5 shots to get this picture? The car kept bumping, jostling the focus. LOL!)

After something like four hours, with music, school, stories to listen to, and games on the ipads, WE WERE GETTING NEAR. See this beautifulness? I mean, really, you’d never see this back at home. Look at those hills! Yes, hills. They look like MOUNTAINS!

A cross…. <3 (but not the same cross we saw at Our Grand Adventure.)

Aw, do you want some attention Emmi? You’re so cute, laying down like that, your eyes half shut. :)

I rolled down my window ’cause I wanted to feel the wind.

Emilie: *COUGH COUGH COUGH* *Pffffft**sputters* Heyyyy!!!!

WE’RE SO CLOSE!

*GASP* now THIS. THIS is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

WE’RE HEEEERRRREEEEE!!!!!

Emilie: Oooh! Look where I get to stay!

We had so much fun playing pool, petting their cat Sapphire, walking their dogs, Max and Lucky, and eating dinner.

I’m going to my cousin, Connor’s, football game now. Go Bandera Bulldogs!

We come back and change into our PJ’s. Don’t I look great? XD :) :) (BTW, Connor’s team didn’t win. :( )

We wake up bright ‘n early! Well, OK, maybe not that early, we had a long trip yesterday. But it was still morning outside, that counts right? XD

I got to sleep on a mattress on the ground, and my brother Russell in a bunk bed, and then my mom on the bed under the top bunk. I know, confusing.

Look at Emilie’s outfit! SWEET!

We then watched Ice Age 2. Ehh, it was OK, definitely not the best in my opinion, but OK.

Now we’re going to walk Max and Lucky, Uncle Steve, Connor, Aunt Judi, and Stevie’s dogs. :)

But first my crazy brother and cousin have to create a crazy game of pool. You can’t hurry that.

….Interesting. Now can we go on that walk?

We come back from the walk. Awww! Sapphire is so cute! She’s looking at you with the evil eye….. 0.o just kidding. She’s just a huge cute furball!

Now we watch Evan Almighty. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than Ice Age 2, if you ask me. Well, no one asked me, but hey, it’s my site! *dances*

We go on another REALLY LONG walk. I’M POOPED! Must get water!

Then we have yummy fondue!

Then we watch Secretariat!

Of course gorgeous Sapphire needed some attention too :P

Then I put Emilie to bed. :)
