Christmas Haul 2014

Finally my dad made it to where I can post on his computer. As soon as my Macbook Pro gets to the shop and gets fixed, I can post and edit in iMovie and stuff on that computer.

First, my dolls did a little Christmas Eve surprises…

Molly woke up on Christmas Eve morning.

“OH MY GOSH! It’s Christmas Eve! I have a lot of work to do.”

She flings Emelie down from her wonders of slumbers under the covers (on top of the couch).

“AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!”

“W-w-what? Molly?! What’s the big idea?! DO YOU MIND! I have having good dreams…..I got a million dollars for Christmas.”

“Emelie, calm down. It’s CHRISTMAS EVE! We have work to do.”

“Hey, you’re right….”

Together they rolled down Cécile and Josefina!

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“What!” They gasped looking at each other in shock.

“What a way to wake up, right? Emelie laughed.

“You guys, it’s Christmas Eve! We’ve got work to do.” Molly explained.

Cécile and josefina worked on getting Jasmine and Joy down.

“AHHHHH!!!!!!!”

“Woah! Look out!” *screaming*

*OOF*

“What the – w-what’s going on?!” Jasmine sputtered. “You RUINED my beauty sleep.”

“If getting beauty sleep all night is not enough to satisfy you, maybe your wonky brain will find a way to get beauty energy!” Molly laughed.

“Hey!”

“Get up! It’s Christmas Eve and we have a LOT of work to do.”

“Josefina, I need you to stay here. Make sure Jasmine doesn’t watch us. We”ll make presents and stuff for her first. She’s not getting up any time soon.” Molly told Josie.

“Okay, girls – operation ‘Double J’s’ starts now.”

They were busy all day, splitting into groups, working on stuff for one girl at a time.

Finally after all that work (yes, Jasmine finally awoke) they were pooped! Look how tired they are.

Addy’s School Outfit! Cécile loves it and has claimed it her own. But she has to share it!

I got this cute polar bear in a goodie bags from one of my friends at out Kid’s Club (kid’s church.) so sweet! His name is Snowy. Joy loves him! He is adorable! Just look at that cute little snout and adorable little eyes…..

Josefina Mini Doll! (classic version, non-BeForever) I gave it to Josefina for Christmas. She has wanted a doll for so long – for two years! She loves her so much.

Opening the box….”What will her name be, Josie?” “I don’t know yet, Mama. I want to see her face up close.”

“Very nice classic book…”

“Nice, right? And….oh my!”

Priceless! Josefina loves her doll so much.

She spent ten minutes just hugging her doll, and staring into those eyes exactly like hers. She has a new best friend!

Josefina was pondering on what her name should be for a little while. She wanted to keep the tradition of keeping the doll’s name similar to hers.

“Jessa! Her name is Jessa.”

Celina was the first to greet her!

 Then Jocelyn.

Jocelyn and Jessa had known each other for sixteen seconds and they were hugging. I have a feeling they are going to be very close friends!

“Hello down there!” a voice called from above.

“I am Molly-Anne, eldest of the mini dolls,” Molly-Anne said in a grand voice. Then she went casual. “Pleasure to meet you, your name is Jessa, right?” “Yes! Merry Christmas.”

“As a welcome gift and also a Christmas gift, here is a candy-cane!”

“Thank you!”

 I bought mini recorders as stocking stuffers for my brother. A pack of four for 1 buck! I gave two to my dolls. Jasmine likes this red one and has committed herself to learning to play it. I am so proud of her!

Josefina is having fun with the mini dolls!

Celina is looking pretty in this dress I made for her out of a barbie skirt. It keeps on falling down on her though, yeeesh! I need to find some way to keep it up.

I got “The Lilac Tunnel, my Journey With Samantha”. I LOVE it! It’s like the Innerstar University books with the choose-your-own-adventure style. SOOOOO fun!

I bought these for less than one dollar – cocktail spoons, but that was not what was running through my mind when I bought them – I was like…. AMERICAN GIRL DOLL SPOONS!!!!!!

In the goodie bag from my friend at Kids Club were these Christmas stickers. Emelie likes them!

My mom gave these to me for my dolls. As some of you may know, Emelie is OBSESSED with Tinker Bell!

 Josefina + Jessa = ♥♥♥♥♥ Josefina is so happy to finally have a doll. Joy is happy for her BFF too!

The BIG gift for me this year was…..THE OUR GENERATION GOURMET KITCHEN SET! I’ve been drooling on this for two years. And here. I finally have it. I haven’t opened it yet since all the tiny little pieces would get lost in the RV and there just isn’t enough room. But once we move in to the house, I will open it and play with it and stop motion galore with it (like, I have six different stop-motions planned involving it!) to my heart’s desire!!

EEEEEEEEEEK…..IT LOOKS SO FUN!

Hey, look! There’s me in my Christmas dress, Santa hat (I passed out the presents this year) and mistletoe clip! Haha ^_^

And here are some gorgeous pictures of Cécile in the school outfit.

It looks like it is made out of a felt material, but it is really cotton.

The bows are actually combs! Just slide it into your dolls hair and it stays very well.

 Cécile loves to pretend she’s a sweet young lady in Addy’s time.

However when I tell her young ladies do not climb trees in dresses, she pouts!

“Cécile! Do not climb a tree in that dress! Young ladies say ‘yes ma’am’, remember.”

Cécile is unhappy as she climbs down, but then I let her stand atop of picnic table and she forgets all about the tree.

Isn’t she beautiful?

So much detail was put into the dress. Looks very historically accurate to me, but I haven’t done research on it.

Cécile is sitting on the table very elegantly, looking about the pleasant RV park.

She laughs when she looks at the melted handle of the little grill thingy. My dad let the lid hang over one side, and it concentrated all the heat on that one spot. Hahaha!

I was also supposed to get Addy’s Plaid summer dress, but there was a mix-up in the shipping and it never arrived. American Girl cleared it up, though – they re-shipped it and it should arrive TODAY! Along with some other outfits my dad let me pick out to make up for the absence of the summer outfit, “Julie’s Summer Skirt Set” and the “Starry Hoodie Outfit”!
